RK Engineering Group prepared a Traffic Impact Analysis which evaluated the Galway Downs Equestrian Facility and their proposed Special Event operations from a traffic circulation standpoint.  RK developed recommendations and mitigation measures to improve traffic operations and assist in getting the project approved.
