Robert Kahn, P.E., has worked professionally in traffic engineering and transportation planning since 1968. He received his Bachelors and Masters of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.  As a registered Civil and Traffic Engineer in the State of California, a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Nevada and Colorado, and a Certified Acoustical Consultant for the County of Orange, California, he has completed thousands of engineering studies.  In addition, he has published numerous technical studies in several publications including the ITE (Institute of Transportation Engineers) Journal and other professional publications and provided Expert Witness Services on numerous traffic-related cases throughout the State of California. Bob has been honored with numerous industry awards including the ITE Wayne T.  Van Wagoner Award. 

Bryan Estrada leads the Environmental Engineering team at RK and is a Certified Planner with AICP and PTP accreditation. He received his Bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine and has technical expertise in the fields of Transportation, Acoustics and Air Quality.
