Topgolf Traffic Impact Analysis, City of El Segundo

The Topgolf Project consisted of replacing the existing driving range of The Lakes At El Segundo with a 65,000 square foot Topgolf facility. Topgolf is a golf entertainment facility that provides golf-related facilities such as driving ranges as well as dining and entertainment space. RK Engineering Group analyzed the traffic impacts for the proposed project and made recommendations to assist in getting the project approved.
