Parking Demand Analysis

 

Mixed Use Parking Demand, City of Dana Point

 

RK Engineering provided a shared parking analysis for the Doheny Hotel project in the City of Dana Point. This study analyzed the potential peak parking and determined if the proposed parking on-site would be sufficient to accommodate the future demand of the project. Utilizing the shared parking concept, RK developed mitigation measures and advised the client of site plan changes to accommodate the project within City standards.
